Hi guys! I was wondering what kind of street fashion could be seen in Taipei? Most of the research I'm doing has just listed that it's either very Japanese or Western inspired.
Although I do have to admit that Taiwan has a very distinct style of its own. Much of these styles I love to wear in the States. Everything is cute or very chic. I don't remember much since the last time I went back was about 8 years ago. During that time I didn't go out much and when I did it was mostly for errands with the grandparents. I wasn't old enough to go out on my own.
The main reason for me asking is because going as a fashion designer I need to be outside of the "social box." What do I need to wear for me to stand out, but in a good way. I need to make a bang for people to notice and observe! Not to sound narcissistic but I need to took good.
